Yes — MaidMop is fully insured and bonded, and every cleaner is background-checked before working in a client's home.
What if I'm not happy with my clean?
MaidMop is backed by a 100% satisfaction guarantee — if something was missed, let us know and we'll come back and fix it at no additional charge.
How does pricing work?
Pricing is based on home size and service type. Every first-time visit is billed at the deep-clean rate to establish a baseline; recurring clients then save 10–15% on weekly or biweekly visits. Homes over 3,500 sq ft get a custom walkthrough quote.
What's the $50-off offer?
New clients get $50 off their first booked clean. It's applied automatically when you book through our online scheduling system.
What towns do you serve?
Rotterdam, Guilderland, Niskayuna, Latham, and Clifton Park, NY — plus surrounding communities. If you're just outside these towns, email us at support@maidmopusa.com and we'll confirm whether we cover your address.
